  1. How much is the charge for a mobile notary? The charge is a flat $100 travel convenience fee in Loudoun and Fairfax County, Virginia. 

  2. I need multiple documents notarized, how much is that? After your mobile notary arrives, each notary act is only $5.

  3. I need my mortgage papers witnessed by a notary. How much is a loan signing agent? Having a signing agent meet you at your location starts at $155 in Loudoun and Fairfax County, Virginia.

  4. I don’t have my loan documents, can I email them to Mobile Notary by Derrick Spruill? Yes, you can email your mortgage documents using the envelope on the website. We will print copies and bring them to the signing appointment for an additional administrative charge.

  5. I need an electronic copy of my signed documents emailed to me, is that possible? Yes, we can scan your documents and email them back to you, the title company, and/or the mortgage company for an additional administrative charge. 

  6. How late are you open? We travel all throughout the day. We’re available 24 hours a day by appointment to service your notary needs. 

  7. Can a mobile notary meet me at Dulles International Airport? Yes. We can meet you at the arrival terminal, departure terminal, or anywhere in the airport at your convenience.

  8. Can the notary drop my loan documents off at FedEx or UPS for prompt overnight delivery after the closing? Yes, in Loudoun and Fairfax County, Virginia, we can hand deliver your loan documents to the local carrier for prompt overnight delivery if the mobile notary leaves the signing appointment by 5:30 pm daily. All Friday deliveries will arrive on Tuesdays.

  9. Can a mobile notary assist with i-9 employment verification? Yes. We can act as an authorized agent for the company looking to employ you by ensuring your i-9 information is accurate. Some companies may complete paper copies or electronic copies. We can perform both. 

  10. Can a mobile notary notarize my living wills and trust? Yes, we offer a mobile notary for those services also. We can bring additional witnesses if extra witnessing is needed for an additional witness fee.

  11. Is there a list of all the services you offer? Yes, click Book Notary on the website, red button at the top of the website, for a list of all prices and services we offer.

  12. Does Mobile Notary by Derrick Spruill offer Apostille services? Yes, we work closely with the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Virginia. We can have your documents returned in a few days with Apostille attached. 

  13. My spouse doesn’t arrive home until 7 pm, can you bring two witnesses for our living will? Yes. We can provide witnesses in the late evening, we just need advance notice to coordinate all parties to arrive. 

  14. Do you send notaries to nursing homes? Yes. We bring clipboards to assist with the ease of signing. 

  15. I’m selling a food trailer, will a mobile notary assist? Yes, we can help by witnessing the signing between the seller and buyer. 

  16. I don’t have any identification. Can a notary still help me? No. The notaries is charged with ensuring the person signing is whom they say they are. Some kind of legal document with a picture is necessary for validation. 

  17. Can you provide a living will document? Law Depot offers legal documents for print in minutes. On our website, select the Law Depot button for the documents you need, fill out, print, and have them ready when the notary arrives. 

  18. What forms of payment do you accept? We offer all types of payment options. You can present payment by credit or debit card, with a chip, tap, or swipe. We also accept checks, cash, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Zelle. 

  19. Can a notary retrieve a court document? Yes, we can access certain public records from the court. Once you provide all the information needed for us to present to the clerk, we will obtain the records and have them mailed or emailed to you.

  20. Is Mobile Notary by Derrick Spruill local. We are mobile and travel all throughout Loudoun and Fairfax County, Virginia. 

  21. Can a notary witness our separation agreement? Yes, we can meet you at your home or a mutually agreed location to notarize your separation agreement privately. 

  22. Can a notary authenticate a true copy? Yes. We will review the document line by line to ensure it hasn’t been altered from the original, then present our true copy notary act. 

  23. I need someone to hand deliver a legal document. Yes, we offer this concierge service as a non-notary act in Loudoun and Fairfax County Virginia. 

  24. Can a notary witness a lease agreement? Yes, we can arrive at your location and witness the signing between parties. 

  25. I just need a package of documents printed and delivered to me at the hotel, can you help? Yes, we can print your legal documents, and bring them to your location. 

  26. I have a virtual court. Can a notary arrive at my residence? Yes, we can arrive before the court time, ensuring everyone present has been validated with identification and testified before the judge as needed.
